The grocery store has steaks on sale, I figured a 1kg steak make for a good snack. Also had to make sure the trager still worked.

I like this chart, it’s perfect. I generally would say rare is perfect but it depends on the cut for sure. And most of the time cooking at home I go with Medium to Medium rare just because im not a super talented chef. But 100% of restaurants I just order rare and am pleasantly surprised if I actually get rare but am happy with medium rare.
